As the outcome statement involved two dimensions of planning and implementing poverty reduction measures, it would be useful if there are knowledge dissemination activities designed based on the roles played by the stakeholders, e.g., planning or implementation, as this would enable stakeholders to strengthen either the planning or the implementation capacity.
