Renewable Energy Development

At project implementation, Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (State Electricity Company) should have assessed whether the engineering, procurement, construction modality was effective and appropriate for renewable energy projects. Experience from the project indicates that it may be more effective and efficient to procure engineering services and civil and electromechanical works separately.
