Construction on the proposed facility has not yet started. The inspection facility is planned to be delivered using alternative financing sources. Cross- border facilities such as this require both expert inputs from, and coordination between, various government agencies. This can be difficult to achieve in a timely manner. In addition, specialist skills are needed for designing and implementing such projects.
