Support for Implementing the Action Plan for Transport and Trade Facilitation in the Greater Mekong Subregion (Subprojects 1 and 2)

While TTF covers a large number of issues, the attempt in subproject 1 to design a single TA to cover all aspects lead to a lack of balance and feasible progress across all outputs. Subproject 2 narrowed the focus based on the mid-term review of subproject 1 (i.e. traffic rights exchange and customs transit issues) for more feasible progress in line with the GMS member country positions.
