The TA project’s consulting services included 12 person-months of international inputs and 59 person-months of national inputs. There are sufficient inputs of local experts to improve the localization aspects of the design, and improve communication in both Chinese and English. If local technical experts such as university professors proactively joined, the sustainability of ADB support is expected to increase as professors would support, use, and disseminate the final reports.
