In addition to the lessons identified in the TCR, an additional lesson would be: Allowing flexibility to expand the scope and modify planned activities is beneficial for achieving the desired outcome. In this TA, the additional funding through the Republic of Korea e_x005F_x0002_Asia and Knowledge Partnership Fund supported the identification of policy reform actions for the regulatory environment governing local health care delivery to ease forward implementation.
