Disbursement Capacity Building for Developing Member Countries

Participation of counterpart staff (in this case from the disbursement units) in resident missions has been effective in attuning the content and conduct to the needs of field offices and their respective clients. It needs to be strengthened in future similar TA, in applying the disbursement principles to the DMC’ regulatory and business environment context.
