Capacity development activities, such as training, present good opportunities for partnership and synergies with initiatives funded by other donor organizations. The TA partnered with initiatives funded by GIZ and the Czech development agency to jointly conduct training programs that supported the objectives of multiple activities. For example, some of the TA’s training activities were conducted as part of the activities for the GIZ-funded project “Biodiversity and adaptation of key forest ecosystems to climate change II.”
