When formulating a CDTA project targeting government agencies, adequate consultation with the government should be carried out to ensure the designed activities and expected outputs will be well-aligned with the priority and/or preference of the targeted government agencies.

Road safety agenda was not highly prioritized in DOH and understanding of road safety engineering was limited. To enhance efficiency of the developed training program, further strengthening of road safety engineering section and investment prioritization on road safety program are required. Road maintenance program also does not have high profile in DOH, and capacity of potential contractors is limited. Continuous training support is recommended under ADB financed projects, to ensure the sustainability of the TA results.
