Lesson
There was no co-financing. Development partners (DPs), such as, AFD, EIB, and KfW of Loan 3051/8292-BAN were greatly benefited by the TA studies. The review missions of KfW and AFD for financing the water supply project met regularly with ADB to get updates on the TA. A letter forwarded to the government by the DPs helped in preparation of Meghna River Master Plan.
