The strong collaboration among international financial institutions in Viet Nam (the 6-Banks group) provides an interesting model that may have broader applicability across ADB. This TA showed that activities, such as sharing international best practice and providing advice on the formulation of draft laws and decrees, can be strengthened when done in the name of more than one organization.
