Partnership is important particularly in TTF, where many development partners have bilateral cooperation with the countries focused on national level implementation. There is a need to make sure coordinated support is provided to ensure consistency and effectiveness with broader multilateral (World Trade Organization and World Customs Organization) and regional (ASEAN) initiatives. Where co-financing is secured, close coordination of the co-financier’s bilateral cooperation needs to be ensured.
