The dissemination of knowledge products was inadequate under this TA project. The inventory of solar PV mini-grid and rooftop PV was not used in future project development. The TA could have included identification of solar irrigation pump sites and thus could benefit the SREP grant of $22.442 million approved in July 2017 as an additional financing to Power System Efficiency Improvement Project executed by Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board that plans to install 2,000 solar-driven irrigation pumps.
