This has not been presented clearly as a lesson. The TCR noted that partnerships with other regional technical institutions, such as the APEC Climate Center and SAARC, but did not elaborate on how this was used in building a wider collaborative effort in the region. This validation notes that consideration should be given as to whether and how these institutional partnerships will be sustained beyond the TA.
