Preliminary Assessment for Dili Airport Runway Project Upgrading Project

The use of lump-sum contract has made the contract management much easier and cost effective. Contract was implemented within budget and schedule. Staff time was efficiently utilized, and administrative burden was reduced due to flexibility of managing a lump-sum contract.
