The TA was financed by the Republic of Korea e-Asia and Knowledge Partnership Fund, Strategic Climate Fund, and SREP funds. The cofinancers made the resources available to ADB immediately after approval of the TA. The cofinanciers monitored the progress from time to time. However, the TA design could have developed a formal communication and networking framework with cofinanciers.
