Workshops, training, and seminars, which were not conducted under the TA (except the inception workshop), are effective avenues to fostering networks involving enterprises, industry associations, design institutes, equipment suppliers, energy service companies, third-party auditors, commercial banks, etc. By bringing together relevant industry stakeholders, such networks can effectively facilitate the identification, initiation, development, and implementation of energy efficiency improvement and emission reduction projects on the ground.
