Lesson
The sharing of prefeasibility and design reports with all development partners active in the energy sector in the region provides resources for further analytical and advisory work, as well as for financing the investments for regional cooperation and energy trade in the region. The project management offices in both countries were shadowed with consulting teams helping to build capacity and learn the design aspects of technical components.
