Lesson
The TCR found that close interaction between DMC stakeholders and climate finance providers was essential to create buy-in from all parties. The TCR did not provide evidence or data to support the level of adoption or commitment to TA efforts, or other evidence of continuing action and sustainability after TA completion.

Lesson
Promoting close involvement of DMC stakeholders in discussions with climate finance providers allowed government decision makers and DMC stakeholders the opportunity to interact with climate financiers first-hand and was an important contribution to increasing buy-in by all parties.
