The PAMT seems to be a useful tool and should be considered for scale-up on a broader scale. Presenting data in the TCR so that it is aligned with the DMF enables easier validation.

The TA has successfully developed and launched the PAMT. This tool may be integrated into ADB’s system of information technology rather than keeping it in outside the ADB server for better sustainability and ownership.

There should be a TA review mission at least once a year to monitor and record the progress, disseminate the achievement, and take the feedback for improvement. Based on the review mission, the outputs resulted from this TA can be recorded in the Back to Office Reports and Aide Memoires.
