For example, a detailed cost-benefit analysis and articulation of target recipients or beneficiaries for these investments would strengthen the justification for additional scaling up of activities.

Lesson
There are clear opportunities for scaling-up and replication of PGS, NUE, and GWM practices, and SEAP value chain investments. However, replication and scaling up depend on country capacities and circumstances, and the government buy-in.
