The sites of this project were spread in the north, east, and southwest of Chongqing, mostly in mountainous terrain, making management and supervision difficult for both the project management office and ADB.

Nepal has a well_x005F_x0002_functioning development partners group on agriculture, which meets regularly on a monthly basis. The TA concept, and subsequent change in scope were presented to the group and their feedback incorporated, as appropriate.
