The training focusing on road safety engineering was aligned to ADB’s operations which led integration of road safety evaluation tools into CAREC road projects and consideration of road safety in the projects. The workshops featured practical trainings in blackspot investigation and road safety audit which was designed to assist road agencies in CAREC countries in providing safer roads.
